Job Description

Reporting to the People Director, and managing a HR coordinator, you will deliver an effective and efficient HR service, whilst continually looking to improve processes and quality of support. You will offer advice and guidance to the UK Board, project leaders, line managers and employees on all aspects of HR. The role is extensive and varied, there for you must be able to adapt to evolving job demands


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
·5 years + line management experience ·Excellent knowledge of UK employment Law ·Knowledge of recruitment software such as applicant tracking systems is desirable ·Experience of project management and/or streamlining processes is essential ·Experience of managing complex ER cases through to dismissal ·Experience of relocating staff is desirable ·Experience of managing Reward and Benefits strategy, as well benchmarking. ·Ability to think fast, innovatively and create solutions ·Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately ·Ability to work independently – willingness to take responsibility for outcomes; ability to judge when to ask for guidance and when to take initiative ·Ability to work collaboratively – willingness to lend a hand; ability to be flexible in style and approach to changing demands
