Job Description

As the HR Manager you'll be required to:

• Act as a trusted advisor, that can build credibility at all levels
• Provide generalist HR support
• Work with business leaders to achieve business goals
• Be an internal coach/mentor for Managers
• Contribute to, and deploy of performance management processes
• Identify, develop & retain talent
• Monthly reporting and analytics

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A degree in HR or equivalent work experience At least 5 years management experience Come from the Fintech or Technology industry Analytical experience with excellent numerical skills
