Job Description

You will be an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in pitched roofing and a good understanding of the details involved in roof tiling, slating & leadworks.

· You will be familiar with all manufacturers’ various products and be able to read and interpret technical drawings.

· Overseeing all site operations, labour scheduling and site supervision.

· Liaising with site mangers and main contractors, along with our own surveying team

· Attending pre-start and progress meetings, issuing tool box talks and conveying company procedures and health & safety legislation to operatives.

· Ensuring roofing quality & handovers to clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· 3 years' experience scheduling works · 5 years' experience managing roofing gangs· You must have good communication skills, be motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
