Job Description

HR Manager Responsibilities

As the HR Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

-       Leading on all employee-relations matters

-       Taking ownership of all key areas of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit

-       Supporting with the full recruitment cycle including strategy, attraction and engagement when in post

-       Coordinating online training for employees

-       Ensuring employee data and payroll information is kept up to date

-       Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures

-       Providing accurate and expert HR advice to all staff members

-       Taking ownership of key HR deliverables and projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a generalist HR role within a growing SME, ideally having worked in a standalone capacity and managed strategic, operational and transactional HR. As the company is growing quickly, you will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach, with an excellent eye for detail and strong communication skills. Excellent and up to date employment law knowledge is essential. It would be beneficial if you have prior experience working in a high-growth company within a commercial environment. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified to either level 5 or 7, however, this is not essential. You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
