Well Placed HR have been tasked with sourcing an operational HR Manager to join their team. This is a critical role where the successful candidate will take a lead role in ensuring ongoing professionalism; whether that be the attraction and recruitment of exceptional colleagues, or maintaining the happiness of their existing team of over 75 staff.
They’re a forward-thinking business who utilise technology and up to date working practices across all areas of the company. The HR Manager will take a lead role in designing, implementing and maintaining forward thinking and well considered HR strategy across the business. Working very closely with the senior management team and colleagues across all areas of the business, the post holder will lead all people management initiatives including recruitment and resourcing, L&D, rewards and benefits, performance management and general HRM policy.
The role will entail travel across all sites of the company to ensure strong relationships with colleagues operating across all remits of the business. To be successful, you’ll need to be an experienced HR Manager with experience in all areas of operational people management strategy.
