Be the HR trusted advisor for the UK & Ireland from Graduate to ExCo and Senior Management.
Be an internal coach/mentor for people managers across the organisation
Be the lead advisor on employment relations and law (capability, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues)
Assist on the Reward Cycle which including: performance management, salary and bonus process, grading, compensation & benefits and other projects
Assist in the recruitment & Retention of top talent by Identifying, developing & retain talent
Monthly reporting and analytics, including attrition analysis and exit interview analysis.
Work with the L&D team to identify training needs, ensure development plans, capability management & succession planning
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working in a fast-paced SME corporate business (Ideally tech) Experience of working with SuccessFactors Experience operating at an HR Business Partner or HR Manager level EMEA experience is desirable, especially working with Ireland Full HR Generalist experience both at an operational & strategic level Ability to run employee development programmes along side an L&D function from Graduate to Management.
