Supporting and deputising for the Head of HR, your initial focus will be to pick up a number of key projects within the organisation and lead on them. This will include a key project to amalgamate a number of HR, Recruitment and Absence Tracking systems to find a single solution for the organisation - in conjunction with payroll. This project will also need someone to find better way to collate HR data and analyse to help spot trends and implement changes to find better ways of working for HR.
On the horizon will also be a project to support with Employee Engagement and Wellbeing. They need someone to pull together the various strands into a more cohesive strategy and drive the internal communications around this. In conjunction, they also need a focus on Diversity & Inclusion and someone to drive a practical approach. There will also be projects to oversee the renewal process for policies and procedures with a chance to amend some of these yourself.
