Sole responsibility for creating a commercially focussed HR function
Partner with the Senior Management Team to shape and deliver the People Plan
Lead on all recruitment activity from identifying future skills required through to the design of new roles within the business
Undertake a role grading project, using Hay methodology (or similar) to ensure the business remains competitive in its market and continues to attract the best people in the industry
Manage any ER cases, if applicable and advise on best practice and drive consistency
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An established generalist HR Professional, comfortable delivering both an operational and strategic HR service A desire to deliver in a stand alone capacity and to undertake numerous projects, especially in the first 12-18 months Good verbal and written communication skills Able to demonstrate a commercial approach and understanding of business Strong Team Player with good Knowledge of employment legislation Ability to build trust and adapt style to support various managers
