Job Description

Your new role

  • Assist in developing and implementing the People Strategy
  • Have significant input into Organisation Design, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations
  • Partner with Heads of Departments and Executive Teams to deliver the business strategy
  • Work closely with managers to coach, develop and support them in all aspects of people management
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance process ensuring best practice, advising and supporting line managers
  • Support talent planning
  • Drive Employee Engagement Plan
  • Assist HR Director with HR projects
  • Manage a small team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We're looking for a well experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager who is: Relevant Degree qualified CIPD qualified with a minimum of Level 5 Professional Services experience Experienced in all generalist HR areas - Organisation Design, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Employment Law Collaborative and pragmatic style, credible with senior stakeholders, proactive and a self-starter Experience of managing others
