Assist in developing and implementing the People Strategy
Have significant input into Organisation Design, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations
Partner with Heads of Departments and Executive Teams to deliver the business strategy
Work closely with managers to coach, develop and support them in all aspects of people management
Manage disciplinary and grievance process ensuring best practice, advising and supporting line managers
Support talent planning
Drive Employee Engagement Plan
Assist HR Director with HR projects
Manage a small team

We're looking for a well experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager who is: Relevant Degree qualified CIPD qualified with a minimum of Level 5 Professional Services experience Experienced in all generalist HR areas - Organisation Design, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Employment Law Collaborative and pragmatic style, credible with senior stakeholders, proactive and a self-starter Experience of managing others
