As the HR Manager Role your responsibilities and duties will include:
Responsible for setting up HR policies across the business
Creating employee handbook, employee contracts and benefits package
Create internal employee processes including holidays, sick policy, renumeration reviews
Work closely with CEO and Sales Director on employee reviews and reward packages
Align company values with the culture and incorporate these into business day to day operations
Responsible for HR system and keeping all documents updated and compliant
Taking ownership of Recruitment as the business grows rapidly including creating interview process, shortlisting candidates, and managing 3rd party suppliers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience setting up HR policies and procedures from scratch Hands on but also strategic experience e.g. can set policies but also implement them amongst the team Keen to work in a fast-paced growing environment Experience or strong interest in Financial Services/Technology Excellent communicator as will be responsible for interviews, disciplinary and company announcements You have a strong business mind and accountability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. You are able to work under pressure. You are able to work in a fast pace international and multicultural environment.
