Full-time, Contract
Job Description

Key duties will involve;
- HR point of contact for a key/complex business area, providing HR support and guidance to a Function or Business Stream at a senior level
- Manage senior stakeholders effectively through regular meetings and appropriate communications
- Work closely with other members of the HR team to deliver a timely, accurate and effective HR service delivery to an area
- Develop effective business relationships and coaches senior managers equipping them with appropriate tools and knowledge to create high performing teams
- Support the Head of HR and HRBP in the delivery of the HR strategy and people plan and contribute to developing HR strategy and people plans
- Participate in some or all of the following as the HR lead: LCM meeting, Phase Review meetings, Design Review meetings and Project CSR meetings
- Review business related people data to identify potential implications within the business context and initiate actions to resolve as appropriate
- Scopes develops and delivers HR projects that are large and impact company-wide


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role requires significant depth and breadth of knowledge related to one or two HR subject area and a comprehensive knowledge of all disciplines within HR. You will be recognised as an expert within the subject area and its application in the business. You will be CIPD qualified with a HR Degree or equivalent comprehensive experience in an HR role. Sound knowledge of HR processes, procedures and systems is required. You will have a comprehensive level of employee relations knowledge and project management experience. You will be able to work independently, top cover may be provided at meetings for which a Head of HR or HRBP is accountable. TUPE experience essential.
