Job Description

Your daily duties & responsibilities will include the following:

  • Working with the team to implement the overall HR strategy within the business
  • Leading on a variety of projects relating to Culture & Engagement, Learning & Development, Workplace Experience, Employer Branding, Organisational Design and more
  • Involved with the full Colleague Life Cycle for the business, onboarding new starters, performance reviews, full HR communication etc
  • Continually reviewing HR systems and technology and coming forward with ideas on changes/improvements
  • Working internally with Line Managers and Heads of, to offer ongoing support with training and development, identifying talent and needs, focusing on succession planning
  • Working with Senior Management to ensure the future requirements of the business are being met in relation to HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development
  • Continually developing HR processes and procedures
  • Being an open and approachable form of contact for all colleagues, being supportive and providing guidance and advice.
  • Involved with disciplinary issues and supporting Managers thereon
  • Associated HR correspondence and payroll support

This is an excellent role for a strong HR generalist looking for the opportunity to work within a fluid, fast past and ever developing organisation.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have 3-5 years' experience of working within a similar generalist HR role and be a CIPD Member. You will ideally have some leadership exposure and will be confident communicating and building key relationships with colleagues. Someone who is forward thinking, full of ideas and keen to openly promote your ideas. You will have a real passion for HR and the difference that it can make to a business. In addition, you will have the following: Experience managing HR projects Generalist HR experience and exposure to R strategy Strong stakeholder Management Coaching and development skills Strong influencing skills, highly organised with superb attention to detail Strong analytical and reporting skills
