Providing support to the partnership team, including the Managing Partner, in relation to the firm’s HR strategy, providing regular reporting on all relevant HR and compliance matters
Delivering strategic HR projects including professional talent development, health & wellbeing, and reward & benefit initiatives
Working closely with management teams, providing guidance, coaching, and training on HR matters - including absence, conduct, and performance management
Monitoring and reporting on the impact of HR initiatives on KPI’s, including staff turnover, promotions, sickness absence, and recruitment practices
Managing recruitment agency supplier list and operational coordination, ensuring cost-effective, best practice recruitment initiatives are followed
Responding to ad-hoc client HR queries or referring to external legal contacts where necessary
Maintaining knowledge of, and adherence to legislative changes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, you will be an experienced HR Manager with CIPD qualification (or equivalent). Line management experience is essential, as are exceptional communication skills and influencing abilities. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience of dealing with complex employee relations matters, and an ability to manage a varied and busy workload. Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering HR training would be highly advantageous.
