Work with line managers to coordinate effective on-boarding for all new employees ensuring they have a thorough introduction to the Gekko Group and our policies and procedures including our LMEY (let me engage you) platform
Use our bespoke HR system Orchestra to monitor and review absence, issue contracts, addendum and job roles and other communication such as workplace Pension letters and non-disclosure agreements
Monitor employee’s learning & development and well-being, working closely with line managers and external contacts to deliver content
Amend policies in line with statutory requirements and ensure the Employee Guide Book is updated
Conduct all relevant meetings including but not limited to; maternity/paternity discussions, exit interviews, grievance/disciplinary and performance reviews ensuring they are fully documented and followed through to completion
Ensure all communications are actioned in a timely and professional manner including reference requests
