Job Description

The Security controller will be responsible for monitoring alarms and CCTV, responding to phone and radio requests and incidents, and ensure all client requirements are met. You may be helping to respond to live incidents on site, or carrying out reactive CCTV assessments. The supervisor will be expected to assist and support with these tasks, while taking first line responsibility for the others in the office. There is a real opportunity for responsibility in this role, and with that comes the opportunity to progress within the business.

This role will be working from Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00.

Candidates who fit the profile but lack the supervisory experience or confidence will be considered for other open positions within the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment, monitoring CCTV, reacting to incidents, and management experience is useful too, preferably in a construction related environment, although this isn't essential. Knowledge of monitoring the systems is essential, with the knowledge of how to reboot / quickly overcome main obstacles is an essential part of this role.
