They recognise that people are a key asset for them and as part of this growth plan are now in a position to bring on board their first in house HR Manager to help develop and deliver the people strategy. They are an established business, currently employing about 70 staff, however you will need to bring all of your experience and expertise to set up the HR function. As part of the senior management team, you will work closely with the CEO to deliver change and organisational development initiatives as the business develops.
Alongside the more strategic elements, you will also need to be able to roll your sleeves up. As the sole HR contact, this will include elements such as case management, policy development, implementing IT systems and reporting. Alongside this you will work with line mangers to coach and support with any employee issues, talent mapping and performance management.
