Job Description

We offer a single supplier solution to our client’s security and property management needs. The safety of our clients and staff is our primary concern and SmartWatch take great care to ensure safety in service delivery. We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join us at to look after our sites based in the North of the country. As a Regional Account Manager you be looking for a fast paced, client facing role that allows you to be at the frontline of devloping and maintaining existing business relationships. You will identify potential site set up issues and assist in the daily operations of the business proivding support as and when needed.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Carrying out full site investigations
  • Conducting staff inductions, training and investigations
  • Assisting Senior Operations manager with site surveys
  • Inducting new and existing guards on to sites
  • Updating site RAMS
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks
