Job Description
The role incorporates the following -
Implement a management training program for all managers within the company, and coach managers on how to respond to HR data and trends.
Work closely with business leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters.
Assisting line managers with job interviews and any other recruitment needs.
Develop effective HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and focus.
Advise on compliance and risk management issues.
Ensure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies.
Co-ordinate the recruitment process in conjunction with managers
Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance.
Keeping the employee spreadsheet up-to-date and accurate, in line with the HR files.
Creating and issuing letters to staff.
Supporting line managers with conducting performance appraisals.
Keeping HFEA license up to date with current employees including adding new starters and removing leavers.
To enter all relevant HR documents onto new HR system as an ongoing project.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive experience in a senior HR role Qualified CIPD member (ideally) Ability to influence at all levels Strong track-record in HR generalist and change management roles Commercial acumen and credibility Extensive experience of managing a team Faultless communication and interpersonal skills Thorough working knowledge of UK employment legislation
