Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated and professional individuals and people who have worked in similar roles such as - debt recovery, debt management, debt collection, relationship manager, enforcement officer, arrears officer, arrears controller or credit control.
This particular job role will focus on: Pre Disconnection Visits and Executing of Warrants and disconnections.
You will be provided with Full ‘on the job’ training and support by an experienced Field agent. Previous experience is not essential, however having door to door or customer service would be an advantage.

Utility Visits & Warrants
You will be required to visit customers on behalf of our client at their supply address to carry out a pre warrant visit. You may be required to take meter reads, discuss a range of payment alternatives or reconnect the customer to our client, gather information about vulnerability and confirm if there have been tenancy changes and assess the viability of the client installing a pre-payment meter or smart meter being fitted.

Experience:

• Field Agent: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Being Professional at all times. Able to use their initiative and enjoys working part of a team Strong communication skills. Experience of working in a regulated environment will be beneficial. Confidence in dealing with people face to face. Be reliable and organized. Have the ability to pick up new tasks quickly. Is self-motivated and looking to develop their own skills. Have own transport and a full drivers license. Previous experience within a direct customer contact role (face to face or telephone) however not essential. Previous experience or knowledge of debt collection practices, however not essential.
