Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR provision across the school. You will work directly with the Business Manager and Head to ensure our staff are supported ensuing compliance across our permanent and interim and causal staff.

This is hugely varied role, you could be dealing with change management, investigations, attendance, disciplinary and grievance case work and performance management, as well as delivering bespoke and off-the-shelf training. An understanding of employment law is essential.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will communicate in a professional way with a wide range of service users, and ensure you understand their underlying needs. Your contribution to the growth and development of the overall service will enhance the offering of the school You must have a proven track record in first line HR advice and support, preferably to a range of customers. You must be organised and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in the education sector is essential.
