Job Description

Your new roleYou will be joining a large organisation with a large HR team across all areas of HR including Shared Services, Payroll, Advising, Business partnering, Reward, resourcing and Employee Diversity and engagement. You will be responsible for managing 1 HR Advising and working together you will work to drive HR and people strategies across your business area which will consist of approximately 200 - 400 staff. You will work as part of a wider HR business partnering team and the further specialist areas of HR and be responsible for supporting key stakeholders across your business unit and linking this back into the overall HR strategy. The business are a growing organisation and have a really forward thinking approach and ideas and would welcome somebody who has the ability to be innovative and improve processes currently in place. As well the generalist day to day HR matter the business is driving through a number of people related projects and therefor your role will include driving these and will include a new HR system implementation, annual salary reviews, reward reviews , talent management and succession planning. The role will be really fast paced and will give the right candidate a really varied role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 3 years HR experience in a management role CIPD qualified Experienced of leading on HR projects Management experience Experience or understanding of working wihtin a large scale professional services organisation
