Job Description

This global and rapidly expanding business would like to find someone who would enjoy a high level of autonomy in a relationship driven role with a great degree of visibility. Alongside your Generalist role, you will have the opportunity to undertake exciting HR Projects as well as contribute to the strategic direction of the business. This is a role which will offer a unique opportunity to genuinely add value and change to this evolving business.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have the following experience: The ability to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders to implement and influence change and decision making. Solid knowledge of employment law and experience of dealing with senior level employee relations issues. Able to work strategically yet also deliver at an operational level Strong coaching skills and the ability to adapt your style to different individuals/situations To be considered, your CV will demonstrate the following experience: At least 5 years+ working at Advisor level (ideally Senior Advisor) Responsibility for a large client group/stakeholders of at least 500+ Professional Services background preferred, but not essential.
