One of the things I have realised since working in recruitment, is there are generally three main things people are looking for when considering a new role.
A route to progress and grow
Is the company growing? Can I move up in a few years' time/take on more projects etc.
A reporting manager that they can learn from but who gives them autonomy
The chance to make the role your own but have someone to support you
Flexibility, be it to work from home or having time to do the pickup/drop off
Since the pandemic, this is becoming more and more important to candidates.
What is I said I am currently working on a stand-alone HR Manager role that has all these elements AND MORE?
This role is currently paying around £35,000p.a. with a lovely package and additional benefits.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Now, for a role this exciting I am anticipating a high volume of applications, with that said they do have some requirements for the candidates who apply. They are looking for someone who has operated in a similar, stand-alone role ideally within a blue collar or healthcare industry. They would love someone with generalist HR experience and who is happy with the travelling (albeit local) element. Finally, team fit is REALLY important, the first stage interview will be solely based on how you engage at interview and if they are the right fit for you and vice versa.
