Job Description

The Role

In this newly created role, reporting to the UK General Manager, your key tasks will be the development and implementation of the company's people strategy, introducing robust practices and processes, leading organisational and cultural change initiatives, whilst supporting the senior exec team to deliver planned growth and profitability objectives.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role calls for a hand's on, professionally qualified generalist a genuine crusader for change whose broad experience has been gained in a fast-moving manufacturing and/or logistics environment You will excel at problem solving and change management and will have the ability to lead, influence and persuade at all levels. Personal credibility, enthusiasm and a flair for communication are essential, but above all you will have the ability to get things done in a dynamic, operationally and customer focused environment.
