With more than 200 staff based at our site in Walsall, West Midlands, we are award-winning and rapidly growing, with ambitious plans for the future.This is a standalone role as part of a highly supportive management team and will be responsible for the full spread of HR tasks and opportunities. You’ll be in charge of both managing existing processes and introducing new processes and initiatives to help drive the company forward, so we’re looking for someone practical, but with a vision of how HR can support and enable a business as it grows.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You'll need to business partner in the truest sense, with a really good grasp of HR fundamentals and a desire to get things done. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll need to be organised and a strong planner with the drive and resilience needed to deliver results.
