Partner with stakeholders to drive people best practice initiatives
Support stakeholders with employee relations; grievance and disciplinary issues, absence management, performance management to ensure world class people experience
Design and implement company wellbeing and mental health initiatives
Advising and guiding managers on a range of people issues
Ensure adherence to company policies and employment legislation are followed
Keep abreast of employment law legislation and provide training to stakeholders
Ensure that offices which are remote to the Portsmouth Head Office are fully supported from an HR perspective
Flag any potential people issues to the board; offering solutions to manage risk exposure and effect change in the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Level 7 CIPD qualified / or working towards level 7 Proven track record in an HR Management or Business Partner role within a fast paced business Experienced with employee relations issues and a strong knowledge of employment law Proven experience of designing and implementing new policies and procedures Collaborative and solutions orientated approach and able to challenge Experience of managing change within a business
