Job Description

Your new role
You will lead and coach the HR administration services team, in delivering accurate and timely administration support for the UK business. You will ensure that all defined human resources administrative tasks are managed effectively to ensure best practice standards and the strategic people objectives are met. In this exciting HR Admin Manager job you will work with the broader HR department and other stakeholders, to constantly review administrative processes and procedures, recommending and facilitating change to ensure the development and maintenance of an effective and efficient HR support function. Coaching and developing people will be an important of this job.


What you'll get in return
This is a 6 month fixed contract, with future extension or permanent contract opportunities likely. It is a full time job role working in Leeds, with elements of home working too.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be an experienced HR Manager, HR Team Leader or HR Supervisor with experience of leading and coaching a transactional or operational HR team. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the experience of working within a process-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have worked their way up in a HR shared services team environment, having supervised or lead a team previously, and be ready to hit the ground running as HR Admin Manager.
