Job Description

You will have responsibility for a team of 5 direct reports and the following:

Leading the team by unlocking the greatness of individuals through development and coaching conversations
Foster a service delivery based mentality in the team by ensuring accurate and timely service to employees
Ensure that the Company operates in accordance with local employment law, policies and procedures, and applies good practice, creating and sustaining a reputation as a good employer, e.g. by advising managers appropriately
Representing the HR function in external and internal audits, lead the preparation for those and follow up and deliver on actions
Check & balance of the Operations team i.e. signing off payroll, check and sign invoices and Purchase Orders
Represent HR on different committees, boards and meetings
Unlocking the greatness of the team through coaching


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
HR Operational Manager experience gained within a large organisation Experience of a multitasking in a rapidly changing work environment Significant experience working with different HR systems and processes Proven track record of having been exposed to complex issues Solid understanding of the different specialist areas of the team i.e. payroll, rewards, L&D, analytics Strong ability for leading, energising, developing team members through uncertain times of change including business/HR transformation
