Set up all mandatory HR policies and ensure they are deployed and followed.
Set up all processes for hiring validation & ensure they are lean & fully compatible with company policies
Set up a comprehensive and attractive onboarding process for all company employees to increase engagement & retention (all type ofemployees: trainees, local contracts, expatriates' contracts…).
Set up a structured reporting & validation process for all payroll related elements to guarantee the a fully compliant & reliable monthly payroll,
Set up the appropriate people development and training processes in line with company policies
Provide advice & guidance to managers on HR topics such as labour law, employment contracts, benefit, immigration processes and visas for foreign employees.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated at Degree Level or CIPD Qualified Extensive HR Management experience Ability to build & improve processes Experienced, rigorous profile, who knows how to prioritize Good up to date knowledge of Employment law Strong Leadership skills with experience in developing staff Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: Able to interact in a matrix and joint venture organisation. While not essential, a candidate who can speak fluent French would be advantageous.
