Reporting to the HR Director, the role will include:
*Taking ownership of your dedicated sites and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Employee Relations - end to end case management, guiding line managers and conducting disciplinary and grievance processes
*Coaching and developing line managers to deal effectively with people issues
*First point of contact for any HR queries, being the employment law subject matter expert on site
*Conducting welfare meetings, site reviews and meetings with managers
*Delivering HR training workshops - remotely via webinars initially
*Collating monthly data for absence, staff turnover and long service awards
*Presenting the HR update in the monthly Directors meeting
