Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, the role will include:

*Taking ownership of your dedicated sites and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Employee Relations - end to end case management, guiding line managers and conducting disciplinary and grievance processes
*Coaching and developing line managers to deal effectively with people issues
*First point of contact for any HR queries, being the employment law subject matter expert on site
*Conducting welfare meetings, site reviews and meetings with managers
*Delivering HR training workshops - remotely via webinars initially
*Collating monthly data for absence, staff turnover and long service awards
*Presenting the HR update in the monthly Directors meeting


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role you will be able to call on previous expertise gained in a similar broad HR Generalist role. You will need to be highly driven and comfortable working in a very fast paced commercial business. Team fit is key and the right individual will have a personable approach, positive mind set and have the confidence to give HR Advice with conviction. You will develop strong relationships by displaying high levels of integrity and trust.
