Reporting into the Head of HR you will be working as part of a HR team in a hands on operational HR Manager role where you will be required to get stuck in and hit the ground running in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
First point of contact for all employee relations matters.
Working with stakeholders across the business.
Coach, guide and up skill managers.
Being visible on the shop floor as the HR function working closely with the management team.
Supporting the Head of HR.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Is immediately available to start in January Have previously worked in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner level role within manufacturing or blue collar. Have the ability to work in a fast paced, challenging manufacturing environment. Have practising employment law knowledge. Have the ability to hit the ground running and be operational in focus.
