Job Description

We have a key HR Operations Manager role available on a contract basis to support the HRD and manage the HR Services team with responsibility for HR systems, payroll and administration. A key role in the organisation to ensure high quality output from the HR function.

  • The role will require analysis and interpretation of HR information and creation of HR metrics and reporting
  • Project management of the roll out of annual people processes (e.g. PDR, employee opinion survey, salary review)
  • Management of the HR system
  • Management of general HR administration and the coordination of the effective customer service journey through any T & C or similar change (i.e. from letters, to changes to payroll and the HR systems)
  • Build credible relationships with managers across the business to ensure the HR Services team is effective in providing the best customer service to the wider business
  • You will be working closely with the HR Director to build a team which offers a professional, insightful and effective HR service and a positive and supportive team culture
