We have a key HR Operations Manager role available on a contract basis to support the HRD and manage the HR Services team with responsibility for HR systems, payroll and administration. A key role in the organisation to ensure high quality output from the HR function.
The role will require analysis and interpretation of HR information and creation of HR metrics and reporting
Project management of the roll out of annual people processes (e.g. PDR, employee opinion survey, salary review)
Management of the HR system
Management of general HR administration and the coordination of the effective customer service journey through any T & C or similar change (i.e. from letters, to changes to payroll and the HR systems)
Build credible relationships with managers across the business to ensure the HR Services team is effective in providing the best customer service to the wider business
You will be working closely with the HR Director to build a team which offers a professional, insightful and effective HR service and a positive and supportive team culture
