Job Description

Your new role
Working collaboratively with the senior HRBP,HR manager & recruitment manager, you will review the current system performance and functionality of both systems to define a clear improvement plan. The HR systems manager will then establish a clear road map of how improvements can be implemented, with priorities defined and timelines agreed. This role will therefore lead and deliver the implementation plan ensuring you work in collaboration with all relevant colleagues and drive forward positive team relationships and establish the agreed reoccurring MI reports and relevant Dashboards. The second part of the project will take a lead role in the implementation of Civica Self Service, creating a project plan with clear milestone and gateways and associated costs. The successful candidate will be expected to Lead discussions with Civica, IT, HR and the relevant business managers on the implementation plan of Self Service ensuring all parties are engaged in the project, and clear on the outcomes and their role within the project.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must have a strong background in HR systems and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of leading on systems implementations including self-service functionality. You will have in depth experience of HR data & reporting as well as previous knowledge of working closely with HR service teams, payroll, recruitment/onboarding & IT. The successful candidate will be proactive and results driven with the ability to work autonomously and find solutions. Experience of using Civica and/or Networx that would be desirable but not essential.
