Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as PMO to the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) ensuring that clear project plans are in place for all key HR objectives. These currently include - developing an EVP, employee digital experience, job evaluations, organisational design.
  • Work across multiple stakeholders in multi-geographical locations
  • Educate and instil change management principles within HRLT and the wider HR team
  • Act as Project Manager to the legal team’s initiatives such as contract remediation
  • Project Manager for Future of Work initiative
  • People workstream Project Manager for firm-wide initiatives with people implications such as establishing new locations and new business lines. Typically this will be supporting the HR Executive Director, who will be the people workstream lead on the projects.
  • For all projects, develop effective project plans - ensuring high levels of project management discipline
  • Identify key activities that need to be undertaken within the work stream
  • Track costings
  • Identify and understand key people risks in projects, identifying remediation plans were applicable
  • Support Chief Human Resource Officer who is based internationally to ensure that HRLT meetings are scheduled, agenda’s prepared, minutes taken and actions completed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have previous experience of leading on key HR projects within large global organisations and seeing projects through to their implementation and continual improvement.
