The main responsibilities of the HR Change Manager include;
Identifying the change load from all organisation change programmes from the perspective of teams and individuals within the directorate
Working with Senior Stakeholders to understand change impact, identifying opportunities to leverage and align change projects and programmes
Developing change advocates, change champions and subject matter experts to support change within directorates as part of building staff engagement
Identifying learning needs and liaising with the change team/learning team to ensure solutions are in place ot develop the required capabilities
Designing events, workshops etc to facilitate the change process – working in conjunction with external suppliers and specialists as appropriate
Providing regular reports to relevant programme boards on change readiness, engagement and mechanisms to embed change
The client is offering a 15 week temporary contract, paying £19.96 per hour.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prevous experiance working within a Human Resources change enviroment Hands on experience of enabling successful change to take place in front line teams Strong interpersonal skills to build a high degree of credibility and presence to negotiate, influence, inspire confidence and respect, to develop network within and outside of the council. High standard of written, verbal presentational and communication skills Excellent organisational skills to effectively plan and handle workload with conflicting priorities as well as maintaining a balanced customer focus. Experience of developing and growing change champion networks would be desirabe
