Job Description

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Lead on the development of the future planning of HR systems
• Work innovatively and in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that systems can facilitate an integrated and easily accessible data source across the HR self-service portals and people reporting platforms
• Provide HR leadership on company engagement initiatives
• Support managers in ensuring that they apply the Group’s ethos and values in their dealing with employees and volunteers
• Deputies for the Head of HR in their absence to ensure the seamless provision of HR services and objectives

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
