Lead on the development of the future planning of HR systems
Work innovatively and in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that systems can facilitate an integrated and easily accessible data source across the HR self-service portals and people reporting platforms
Provide HR leadership on company engagement initiatives
Support managers in ensuring that they apply the Group’s ethos and values in their dealing with employees and volunteers
Deputies for the Head of HR in their absence to ensure the seamless provision of HR services and objectives
