Experience of working on reception operating a busy switchboard and dealing with customers and staff is essential. Duties are varied and you will require the ability to organize your workload in a multi task environment.
You should have 3 GCSE’s (Grade C or above) including English & Math. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
Welsh language skills are essential. Ability to use the Welsh language in general communication at a basic level. You will be fully supported by the College to do this.
