Job Description

Purpose of the role:

• The council are looking for an empowering HR Resourcing manager to manage their team of 8 HR Recruitment professionals.
• Working knowledge of TracJobs and CIPD would be an advantage, and there will be some use of Resourcelink, but the team are really looking for an adaptable and innovative manager who will inspire their team to be the same.
• To manage and improve all aspects of the recruitment and selection services council wide. 
• To ensure that recruitment outcomes meet with the long term strategic needs of the council workforce plans, as well as fulfilling current demand.
• To work closely with and further develop the partnership with local organisations and promote the council’s commitment to providing local jobs for the local community
• To manage the council’s outsourced temporary recruitment contract.
