This position is a newly created role to support with all HR Operations within the business. Getting heavily involved with the set up of the companies Shared Services and HR Policies.
The main purpose of this position is to support the POD function by owning the governance of the employee life cycle, leading on the establishment, control and operational processes associated with each stage of the cycle. Ensuring these are embedded into the organisation, documented, and maintained whilst meeting all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.
