Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Your main responsibility in this role is the effective management and delivery of a professional and strategic HR service which promotes cultural values, supports business objectives and ensures excellence through people focused policies and best practice.
You will need to deliver a seamless customer focused HR and ER service to managers and staff throughout the employee lifecycle from workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward to employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
You will lead on all policy and ER initiatives and will liaise with key stakeholders to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate HR strategy.
You will also lead on job evaluations processes, manage change in the form of Tupe, restructures and redundancy and undertake any complex casework as well as coaching and developing the HR team in ER best practice and designing ER training programmes for managers.
You will be the first point of contact with the outsourced payroll provider to coordinate accurate and timely monthly payroll as well as providing accurate people focused data to the business.
