Job Description
You will
- Provide Generalist HR support including employee and management
- Contribute to the People strategy and HR Plan to help the business achieve its objectives.
- Identify, implement and deliver training and development needs of the organisation
- Recruitment and selection process
- Management, monitoring and reporting of HR performance targets
- Ensure all line managers are advised and supported to achieve high quality practice across all aspects of people management
- Provide guidance on all people related issues
- Updating employee data, providing regular management information, reporting and analysis of information as required.
- Continually review and improve the HR processes and systems to ensure that they are fit for purpose

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD Level 5 3 years within a senior HR role or 1 year as a HR Manager Experience of writing and updating policies Approachable and professional
