Job Description

You will

  • Provide Generalist HR support including employee and management
  • Contribute to the People strategy and HR Plan to help the business achieve its objectives.
  • Identify, implement and deliver training and development needs of the organisation
  • Recruitment and selection process
  • Management, monitoring and reporting of HR performance targets
  • Ensure all line managers are advised and supported to achieve high quality practice across all aspects of people management
  • Provide guidance on all people related issues
  • Updating employee data, providing regular management information, reporting and analysis of information as required.
  • Continually review and improve the HR processes and systems to ensure that they are fit for purpose
  • HR administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD Level 5 3 years within a senior HR role or 1 year as a HR Manager Experience of writing and updating policies Approachable and professional
