Job Description
You will lead on employee engagement activity to drive an enhanced employee experience within IMDS, ensuring that plans and initiatives are followed through and implemented, and that managers remain accountable.
Ultimately, you will represent the people perspective at all levels when inputting into IMDS future plans, including for our region-wide smart-metering roll out programme, recommending solutions to challenges and working with managers to implement these as necessary.
What does it take to be the IMDS HR and Support Manager?
- Proven HR experience within a business-related field with evidence of managing people related projects/processes
- Demonstrable experience of building business relationships and effective stakeholder management
- A strong understanding of people management in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience of delivering employee engagement programmes
- Excellent all-round communication skills, working across different organisations and with the ability to influence others
- Previous experience of being part of a Senior Management Team
- HR Systems knowledge, preferably use of WorkDay
