Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager - Job Overview
You will be responsible for delivering the overall people plan whilst providing HR support in respect of employee relations and people development. Duties will include;
Providing generalist HR support to both managers and employees
Coordinate the training and development for all staff and identify areas of growth for future development
Managing the recruitment and selection process
HR administration
HR systems management, input and reporting of relevant employee data
Writing and amending company policies
Managing all employee relations issues and providing line managers with advice and support in line with current employment law and best practice
Monitoring and reporting of HR performance targets, including sick leave and staff turnover
Assisting with internal ongoing projects such as benchmarking of company compensation and benefits
Acting as the initial point of contact for and supporting the resolution of general HR queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD qualified level 5 as a minimum At least 3 years within an Senior HR Advisor role OR 1 year as an HR Manager Extensive ER experience, particularly managing cases and queries independently Experience of working for a rapidly expanding business would be an advantage, specifically within financial services or an SME/startup environment Experience of writing and updating policies Excellent attention to detail Confidential and professional manner
