Overseeing matters related to HR
Managing, supporting and developing 3 junior accountants
Assisting with incoming communications
Advising clients on Payroll processing options
Growing the overall Payroll capacity
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
VERY comfortable with technology Excellent knowledge and understanding of Pensions/Payroll Experience with Ecommerce businesses and platforms At least 1 years’ experience in an accountancy practice Problem solving Self-motivated/self-starter Experience with Xero (essential) and Brightpay Bureau (preferred) Ability to fit in to a close-knit, positive and friendly team
