• Efficiently handling inbound & outbound enquiries via telephone/email/digital methods, ensuring sales opportunities are maximized at all opportunities
• Ensuring an incredible customer experience through qualifying the customer and fully understanding their needs
• Negotiating with customers, overcoming objections and finding solutions to problems quickly and effectively
• Presenting a number of new car options to suit the customer needs and requirements
• Booking dealership appointments, arranging test drives, ordering customer vehicles or passing the lead on to the digital leader to finalize the deal and provide finance quotes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven ability to sell in a retail environment and hit targets. You will be able to priorities and work to tight deadlines. You will be able to work independently and also part of an office-based team. Confident telephone manner with great attention to detail. IT proficient with the ability to work in different systems at once.
