You will be responsible for employment contracts, holidays, sickness and managing grievance and disciplinary processes. There will also be a need to review all policies and process whilst also delivering HR improvement projects
Recruitment:Working with the hiring manager I order to define the roles, writing of job descriptions, placing adverts and response handling. Working with and briefing recruitment agencies. On-boarding of new starters
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate strong experience in both HR and the Recruitment process, ideally within professional services. You will be a strong communicator at all levels, able to prioritise multiple projects at any one time and have experience of dealing with change management. CIPD would be a "nice to have" but not essential
