Job Description

The ability to adapt, build relationships and quickly gain the confidence of senior managers and staff across the service will be key. You must be able to demonstrate that you can develop effective workforce solutions in response to a rapidly evolving workforce agenda in order to deliver our Workforce Strategy aimed at improving staff and patient experience.
