- Production of monthly management accounts
- Statutory and financial reporting as required (VAT, Corporation Tax computations etc.)
- Payroll for a small team
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Reconciliations, banking and petty cash control
- Project costing and budgeting
- Stock control and management
- HR administration (contracts, employee filing, HR procedures and best practice)
