Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer care focused individual to join our growing team of Care Coordinators. Utilizing your customer service experience, you will be responsible for completing team rotas, engaging with clients and care staff to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard. You will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient centered care that enriches the quality of our patients lives.

  • Maintain accurate client and worker documentation
  • Supporting support workers, clients and families by providing accurate information
  • Proactively communicate with support workers, client, families, internal teams and other parties making sure a full rota is sent out meeting the client’s needs
  • Remain calm and collected in difficult situations and always ensuring that our clients are receiving World Class Care
  • Handling incoming calls and email correspondence in a professional way
  • Giving expert advice at all times and making sure each customer receives World Class.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in rota management. Previous customer service experience is essential. Previous experience in customer care or healthcare is desirable. Excellent telephone manner. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and priorities workload effectively.
