This HR Transformation Manager role will act as a project lead on a exciting acquisition. The role will focus on reviewing operating models and subsequently managing a redundancy and restructuring programme.
The salary for this role is between £45,000 - £50,000 pa + benefits.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role will report directly in to the HR Director and work with support from the wider HR team. Suitable candidates will have experience of leading on redundancy and restructuring projects withing a professional services environment.
